Tyler Scouton has been hired as an ITS II 鈥� Network Administrator for 暗网禁区鈥檚 Technology division.
He will configure and maintain connectivity of network systems to ensure secure and stable operation for the College.聽In addition, Scouton will focus on campus telecommunications capabilities and performance.
Scouton brings nearly 17 years of experience in the I.T. field. Prior to LSC, Scouton worked as a Network Engineer for Consolidated Communications on the Network Surveillance and Automation team in Hermantown, MN. He also worked at Granite Broadcasting/KBJR as the Manager of Information Systems and as the I.T. Manager for Garland鈥檚 Inc.
He holds an A.A. degree from LSC and a B.A. degree in computer information systems with a web systems concentration from the College of St. Scholastica. Scouton is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator and holds a CompTia A+ certification.
