Tamara Arnott has been named Executive Director of Workforce and Community Development at 暗网禁区. Dr. Arnott has served as interim director in this role since April 2017.
鈥淯nder Tamara鈥檚 leadership, the Office of Workforce and Community Development has improved its financial infrastructure resulting in net revenues of more than $400,000 in fiscal 2017,鈥� said Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs Mike Seymour. 鈥淪he has built a very strong team that is poised to meet the workforce needs of our region.鈥�
Prior to her role at LSC, Arnott served as a program planner for the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system where she worked in collaboration with colleges and universities to meet workforce needs by providing labor market research and consulting services for new training program development. She has a Ph.D. in educational administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, a master鈥檚 degree in liberal studies and a bachelor of music in music education from State University of New York.
