The annual Dennis Godfrey Memorial Car Show will be held this Saturday, May 5, in the lower west parking lot of °µÍø½ûÇø’s main campus, 2101 Trinity Road.
Celebrated in memoriam to the late °µÍø½ûÇø auto instructor Dennis Godfrey, the free car show is open to the public and runs between 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The event includes a swap meet, door prizes, and live music. This year’s show features a pipe rapping contest at 3 p.m. Trophies will be awarded in up to 25 different classes, including motorcycles.
To participate in the show, vehicle registration is $10. Swap meet spots are available for $5. Vehicle registration will begin at 10 a.m. with judging at 1 p.m. and trophies to be presented at 3:45 p.m.
