Songs to celebrate the spring season will be featured at the free 暗网禁区 choir concert on Monday, May 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the college鈥檚 Atrium. Free parking is available on campus.
The LSC Concert Choir will perform under the direction of Patricia Dorn with聽accompanist Karen Sande聽and聽guitarist Bryan James Gatten and聽Greg Tiburzi聽on聽percussion.
The musical program, 鈥淗ow Can We Keep from Singing?鈥� includes: 鈥淐ome to the Music,鈥� 鈥淗ow Can I Keep From Singing,鈥� 鈥淗ine ma tov,鈥� 鈥淗ope for Resolution,鈥� 鈥淧lay For Me a Simple Melody,鈥� 鈥淐ircle of Life,鈥� 鈥淗allelujah,鈥� 鈥淒ream a Little Dream,鈥� 鈥淏ound for Jubilee,鈥� 鈥淚鈥檒l Fly Away,鈥� 鈥淗ome and the Heartland.鈥�
鈥淛ust Friends鈥� is the featured guest choir under the direction of Jean Witte.
鈥淛ust Friends鈥� is a vocal ensemble that has been singing together for more than ten years. They are a group of friends from Duluth and Hermantown who love singing and having fun while producing a rich, full blend. They sing a wide variety of music and entertain for any occasion.聽They also do full church services in scripture and song.
