°µÍø½ûÇø has hired as Director of Institutional Advancement. His responsibilities will include oversight of public relations, legislative and community relations as well as serving as executive director of the °µÍø½ûÇø Foundation.
Fanning has an extensive background in communications, marketing and legislative relations. Most recently, he served as Director of Communications, Marketing and Government Relations at the . Prior to that, he served as Director of Communications and Policy for the and as Deputy State Director for U.S. He also brings valuable experience from the business and non-profit sectors as well as six years of military service which included a yearlong combat deployment.
Fanning holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
